What do you need to have?

  • Previous  experience in managing of considerable projects (good understanding of  data flows and processes)
  • Working knowledge of SAP system (FI module)
  • Expertise in customizing and conceptual design of  solutions
  • Experience in developing applications, maintaining IT infrastructure
  • Very good command of English
  • Strong conceptual abilities, planning and organizational talent
  • Willingness to travel will be an asset


What will you be responsible for?

  • Managing the lifecycle of IT-products and ensuring alignment to IT strategy and IT architecture guidelines
  • Acting as primary contact for IT-related issues of  process management units as well as operations
  • Acting as the 2nd-level support for SAP or non-SAP topics, solving on-site and/or filtering the issues for further solution findings within the  IT team and/or the service provider
  • Collecting requirements in a structured way, understanding them in depth and design solutions together with the  IT team in Germany and service providers
  • Customizing of the supported applications according to technical and/or business needs, coordinating  test activities and ongoing documentation of the supported solutions
  • Conceptual design and implementation of new applications within the  IT landscape
  • Deriving necessary technical and conceptual measures from the monitoring analysis, plan and implement the same in direct interaction with Customer, IT team and service providers
  • Driving automation and digitization in IT and the supported processes
  • Handling of incidents and change requests
  • Representing the LGBS IT team on-site in KRK
