What we are looking for?

  • At least one year of experience in a corporate environment
  • Fluent German skills
  • Communicative English skills
  • University degree
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • An ability to meet deadlines and reach targets
  • Knowledge of new technologies and AI‑based tools (e.g., task automation, information analysis, content creation) will be asset
  • Experience in Anti-Money Laundering (AML) or Know Your Customer (KYC) is not required, as we provide comprehensive training in these areas

What will you be responsible for?

The Financial Crime Department is a team of specialists working with global financial institutions to help prevent and detect financial crime, with a strong focus on Anti-Money Laundering (AML). The team supports clients in managing financial crime risks and meeting regulatory requirements.
A key area of AML is Know Your Customer (KYC). It involves reviewing client profiles and assessing risks related to business relationships.
By working in this area, you will play an important role in protecting the integrity of the global financial system and supporting financial institutions in preventing money laundering and other forms of financial crime.

Your tasks:

  • Gathering and analyzing documentation according to the requirements
  • Assessing client data to build KYC profiles and determine AML risk levels
  • Performing tasks in accordance with internal procedures, policies and guidelines
  • Searching for information using both company systems and public sources
  • Working on projects for clients in Poland and abroad
  • Supporting junior team members
