What we are looking for:

  • Degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience managing complex construction or infrastructure projects throughout the full project lifecycle.
  • Proven experience in project planning, budgeting, scheduling, contract management, and stakeholder coordination.
  • Strong knowledge of construction regulations, permitting processes, and quality standards.
  • Very good command of German.
  • Good command of English.
  • Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills with a structured approach to project delivery.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Willingness to travel frequently (approximately 40–50% of the time), including regular on-site presence in Frankfurt.


Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end infrastructure projects, including new construction, refurbishment, and modernization, supporting aviation operations.
  • Oversee the delivery of construction and infrastructure projects, ensuring compliance with quality, safety, regulatory, and project requirements.
  • Prepare and coordinate project concepts, planning documentation, and user requirements.
  • Coordinate project planning, site analysis, permitting processes, and project implementation.
  • Manage project scope, schedules, budgets, quality, change requests, and project close-out activities.
  • Prepare project progress reports and communicate project status to stakeholders.
  • Coordinate and collaborate with internal stakeholders, technical teams, Facility Management, contractors, suppliers, service providers, and public authorities.
  • Lead contract negotiations and manage external contractors and service providers.
  • Support infrastructure planning, capacity analysis, and long-term infrastructure development initiatives.
  • Conduct site inspections and ensure compliance with established processes, quality standards, and applicable regulations.
