Excellent communications skills in English (written & spoken)
Very good knowledge of German (min. B2).
First experience in talent sourcing/recruiting and/or talent management area
Motivated to learn and develop in the sourcing/recruiting and/or talent management
Proactive self-starter, willing to assume full ownership of assigned roles and project work
Capable of delivering results in a dynamic environment
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Able to multitask and priorities workload effectively and efficiently
Strong continuous improvement mindset
Ability to manage stakeholders and maintain relationships at all levels of the organization
Wilingness to work in Krakow
Working as part of an international team you will support identifying and attracting talents for the company and contribute in full recruiting process cycle. In addition, you will support local HR department in talent management activities.
Attracting and sourcing candidates (incl. phone screenings) using the world class research tools (e.g. LinkedIn)
Preparing reports on your sourcing activity
Proactively looking for new sources of candidates
Building talent pools, building and strengthening relationships with Hiring Managers, candidates and HR departments
