Requirements:

• Min. 2 years of professional experience in IT procurement, Vendor Management or related function
• Very good knowledge on IT contracts, terms and regulations, legal aspects, etc.
• Good IT knowledge and overview about current IT technologies
• Fluent English both in writing and verbally
• Good German skills in writing and verbally
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Analytical and conceptual mindset

Responsibilities:

As Supplier Manager IT you will design, manage, lead and develop a professional Supplier Relationship Management (SRM) for strategic IT service providers in IT Purchasing of the Group for various types of IT services (IT Infrastructure – data center, Network, digital workplace; consulting, maintenance, application operation and standard licenses). This includes all commercial supplier processes starting with the signing of the contract over the entire contract life cycle. Process owner for the commercial IT supplier management process. Primary control and escalation interface to suppliers regarding commercial aspects.

Tasks:

• Contribute to the introduction and implementation of the SRM processes, KPIs and tools within the defined framework.
• Conception of the supplier-specific SRM framework
• Active supplier management for selected suppliers in cooperation with vendor management
• Commercial and contractual supplier management of all managed IT contracts incl. extensions/renewals and Change Request Management
• Performance/KPI measurements of IT contracts and active claim management in case of contract breaches
• Identification and use of optimization potentials and innovations
