What we are looking for:

Master/Bachelor degree of studies in any disciplines
Min. 1 year of corporate/administrative/customer service experience
Experience in the aviation industry will be an asset
Very good command of English
Good command of Windows applications
Diligent, independent and systematic approach to work
Analytical and numeric skills
Flexibility and adaptabilit

In your new job you will:

work in a Competence Team supporting an external company providing for LGBS accounting services (airline tickets accounting services)
be responsible for quality check for transactions processed by External Provider
extract & process data from various Revenue Accounting systems
support an External Provider concerning Tickets Sales Agent disputes
keep up to date Process Description/ Country Specification for assigned areas of responsibilities
contact directly with customers, external providers, independently handle of incoming/outgoing communication verbal & written
initiate and support identified process improvements
