Requirements:

• University diploma or  equivalent
• Min. 2 years of experience with end-to-end recruitment process handling gained preferably in SSC/BPO or in recruiting agency environment
• Experience in the employer branding will be an asset
• Experience in an international environment will be an asset
• Practical knowledge of SSC BPO environment will be an asset
• Good command of MS Office
• Fluent English (both written and spoken)
• Excellent communication and cooperation skills
• Service and results delivery orientation
• Responsible and trustful
• Ability to work independently
• Highly self-organized
• Flexibility and adaptability
• Ability to work under time pressure

Responsibilities:

Recruitment and HR Development Specialist is responsible for delivering all facets of recruiting success. Assures efficient end-to-end hiring process for selected positions in the organization. Delivers hiring process improvements. Supports local employer branding activities.

• Conducting end-to-end recruitment processes within the Center for selected positions
• Clarification of hiring profiles, update of Job Descriptions
• Posting job adverts internally and externally
• Supporting leaders with recruitment relates issues
• Providing hiring recommendations
• Promoting the company as employer on the internal and external job market (advertising, job fairs, universities, social media)
• Supporting leaders with recruitment relates issues
• Monitoring of local SSC BPO job market
• Providing administrative support for Assessment/Development Center sessions
• Providing administrative support for onboarding activities
• Supporting selected HR projects in the area of Employer Branding/Talent Management/Interviewing Skills training
• Liaising with internal customers and external service providers
• Preparing statistics, regular and ad hoc reports
• Other tasks defined by supervisor
