Requirements:

  • Practical knowledge of accounting and financial reporting
  • Knowledge of RTR Process Management (process improvement, gaining efficiency)
  • Experience in business analysis (interface processes IT)
  • Knowledge of Project Management
  • SAP FI experience
  • ACCA or CIMA certification in place will be an asset
  • Migration experience          
  • Very good command of English                                       
  • Strong co-operation skills, customer orientation and presentation skills       
  • Highly independent and systematic approach to work                                                                         
  • Analytical and conceptual mindset                                                                                                               
  • Change management skills
  • International travel required up to 10%


Responsibilities:

  • Group-wide steering, development, standardization, harmonization and optimization of Record to Report according to IFRS standards and/or local GAP
  • Develops common process definition, measurements, methodology and tools to drive end-to-end process improvements across the LGBS customers
  • Design, implementation and updating of the processes in scope assuring compliance and quality with lower costs and higher productivity
  • Identifies process related risks, designs Internal Control Systems and process risk management
  • Drive initiatives and projects to deliver efficiencies within the process execution
  • Supports in development and implementation best-practice process strategies for all categories in scope in line agreed saving targets as well as best practice process strategies
  • Ensuring formal process documentation
  • Identify the roadmap to migrate from AS-Is to the To-Be Environment
  • Demand management towards LGBS IT (Translate process change into IT requirements. Preliminary analysis, development of business concepts together with IT)
