What we are looking for:

  • Solid experience in SAP SuccessFactors administration
  • Strong understanding of access governance and authorization principles
  • Analytic and structured working style, high attention to detail and data consistency
  • Understanding of compliance topics
  • Excellent English skills (written and spoken)


Responsibilities:

We are looking for a motivated SAP SuccessFactors Expert with a focus on Role Base Permissions (RBP) and Access Management. You will take ownership of the authorization and access framework across our SuccessFactors landscape, ensuring compliance, data integrity and secure user provisioning. In close collaboration with Platform Operations and Release Management, you help maintain a stable, standardize, and audit-ready HR platform.

Tasks:

  • Maintain and further develop the Role Based Permission concept across instances
  • Manage permission roles and groups, ensure consistent lifecycle and documentation
  • Oversee user access and authorization processes including SAP Cloud Identity Services provisioning and sync issues
  • Serve as main contact point for Release Management regarding new features or authorization changes
  • Ensure data protection and compliance
  • Support platform stability and data quality activities in collaboration with other managers
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives (standardization, transparency, documentation)
  • Cooperate closely with cross-functional teams to maintain clear and auditable processes
