Diploma/Master in Business Engineering, Economics, Finance, IT, Management or equivalent
Min. 2 years of professional experience in Controlling
Experience in Procurement will be an asset
Knowledge of SAP
Excellent working knowledge of MS Excel
Very good command of English

The Financial Controller will be in charge for the monitoring and steering of the Procurement targets of Indirect Material within the Group. He/she will also be in charge for the scope of tasks from the field of process management and integration of processes and cross company requirements. He/ she is responsible for internal and external interfaces of the department, works in projects and working groups. He/she also might lead dedicated staff from a functional point of view.
Provide guidance and consulting to the management team regarding procurement targets (e.g. saving targets) and financial issues
Provide procurement reports / data analyses to the management team and customers (e.g. spend analysis, target costing, forecasts, KPI, benchmarks etc.)
Develop calculation methods and monitoring systems
Identify and assess deviations, risks etc. and define counter measures
Prepare procurement benchmarks and calculate economical estimations
Support in other controlling related topics or special tasks
The tasks regarding Process Management include e.g.:
Support in designing of cross-corporate requirements for steering, measuring and optimizing processes
Assistance in definition and improvement of business and service processes
Contribute on development, analysis and steering of KPIs and KPI reporting
Assistance in process steering and documentation, process and compliance audit support of department management
