Requirements:

  • Master/Bachelor degree or at least accomplished 3rd year of studies in any disciplines
  • At least 1 year of professional experience in accounting
  • Good command of English (written and spoken) min B2 level
  • Knowledge of German will be an asset
  • Diligent, independent and systematic approach to work

Responsibilities:

Accountant in OTC is responsible for independent handling of finance accounting based on vouchers and data received in his area of responsibility (accounts receivables) as well as for data verification, investigation and decision making concerning outgoing invoices.

  • Checks and reconciles accounting documents and data received with regard to its complete information and clarifies incomplete information according to the accounts receivables procedures Performing dunning run
  • Initiates creation/changes of customer master data in accounting system
  • Posts sales reports
  • Process credit card claims
  • Process EW charge backs
