Academic graduate (Business Administration)
4-5 years of professional experience and proven track record in team management (preferable in the finance/reporting area)
Familiar with Management Reporting topics, strategies and performance management tools
Very good general understanding of the processes in scope
Cross-industry knowledge in shared service industry
Fluent English skills
Good German skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent problem solving ability
Self-driven and proactive with business maturity
Readiness to travel – up to 15%
Manages delivery and operational performance of the Reporting Services (for Group Companies) in cooperation with the German reporting teams. You will act as an important key player in the collaboration with all reporting departments within the company also driving projects and being responsible for E2E processes. Furthermore, you will be involved in the overall management as well as in continuous improvement programs and driving automations.
Responsible for smooth & consistent service delivery for all services / group companies / all countries in scope
Leads, motivates and develops the subordinated staff in the context of corporate management principles as well as ensures efficient organizational structure and process organization in the area of delegation
Service level realization acc. quality and cost agreed with group companies or respective corporate functions:
- Assures adherence to process design and standards set - Responsible to ensure consistent use of methodology & tools - Supports harmonization of processes (alignment with group companies and decision via process managements / PO) - Oversees development and implementation of trainings with respect to reporting services (functional training) - Develops reporting solutions and ensures continuous improvement of reporting process
Balances demand and supply of capacities / resources
Owns budgets and monitors cost developments - takes decisions around resources and investments etc. for Reporting services to drive towards the common targets
Develops organizational capabilities
Escalation instance for Reporting services related topics
