requirements

  • Extensive professional experience in HR area in SSC/BPO environment
  • Professional experience in Process Management (process improvement, standardization, optimization, automatization, gaining efficiency) and Project Management
  • Knowledge of process automation tools and concepts
  • Competence in innovation management and KPI-methods
  • Strong interest in innovative HR solutions and process improvement
  • Experience in HR tools (SAP HR) will be an advantage
  • Very good command of German
  • Min. good command of English
  • Excellent communication, presentation and co-operation skills, strong negotiation skills
  • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks, to anticipate, resolve challenges with accountability, ownership, flexibility and openness to change and work to deadlines
  • Ability to guide and train employees
  • Strong customer service focus


responsibilities

  • Coordinates and works in projects and working groups and take on responsibility for supporting and further developing the area of responsibility
  • Takes on the responsibility for the payroll and pension processes within the scope of the HR Services mandate
  • Defines and develops group wide standards and requirements of conception, steering, measuring and optimizing of end-to-end HR processes
  • Responsibility for contribution margins for process in scope (costs and revenue)
  • Defining and implementing of SLA/KPI’s
  • Performs process compliance audits, external benchmarks
  • Translates process changes into IT requirements and develops IT concepts (preliminary analysis and development of business concepts together with IT and the global process manager for HR)
  • Initiates and takes part in projects of all sizes and follow up on the process of projects that support group wide standardization, harmonization, and optimization of processes
  • Evaluate quality of deliveries, analyzes and optimizes processes, functions, identification and communication of suitable measures to create improvements in the service center (time, cost, quality).
