Min. 1 year of relevant professional experience (content catalogue management, e-commerce, supply relationship management)
Very good English in speech and writing
Communicative German (min. B1) in speech and writing
Working knowledge of MS Office (in particular Excel and PowerPoint)
Strong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
Great attention to detail and strong organizational skills
Maintaining catalogues in the system
Check for correct content (eClass assignment, picture formats, keywords for search function, article descriptions)
Testing, adding, changing and deleting to catalogue content
Maintaining catalogue views
Providing ad-hoc and regular reports
Managing the maintenance and updates to system with the catalogue data
Working with suppliers to ensure catalog content is compliant with format requirements
Intermediation between supplier and client as and when required
Organize regular calls with the catalogue stakeholders
Identify optimization potentials based on analysis of buying channels
Identify and communicate preferred buying channels to stakeholders
Support Procurement community in regards of buying content and channels
