Requirements:

  • Min. 2 years of experience in HR IT area, preferably in Project/Product Management
  • Good functional and technical knowledge of any HR IT systems
  • Good command of English; knowledge of German will be an asset
  • Strong communication and cooperation skills
  • Very good planning and organizational skills
  • Independent and systematic approach to work
  • SAP knowledge would be an asset


Responsibilities:

  • Ensuring smooth operation of HR applications in the respective functional areas
  • Supporting business process management by providing appropriate IT solutions in the respective functional area
  • Designing and implementing new IT solutions in the respective functional area
  • Developing and proposing solution concepts for new business applications meeting LGBS needs in cooperation with technical experts, business departments and solution providers
  • Reviewing and signing off software product management, relevant work products and project milestones
  • Collecting functional requirements and evaluating against technical feasibility
  • Ensuring the quality of the product assets e.g. accurate and up-to-date product documentation for all stakeholders and end-users
  • Financial and license (subscription) management
  • Acting as a financial budget holder
  • IT governance (security, risk, strategy, architecture)
