Requirements:

• University diploma: Finance & Accounting
• Min. 2 years of professional experience in finance/accounting
• Practical knowledge of accounting
• Professional experience in the area of controlling or management accounting will be an asset
• Very good command of English
• Command of German will be an asset
• Very good command of MS Excel
• SAP knowledge
• Communication and presentation skills
• Assertiveness
• An ability to think analytically combined with conceptual skills and attention to the business perspective
• Proactive attitude

Responsibilities:

• Supporting budget process - preparing of revenue master file during budget process
• Preparing of pricing lists
• Preparing revenue analysis
• Regular update, monitoring of revenue master file
• Preparing of monthly revenue accruals
• Ad-hoc clarification of open items in invoicing/pricing lists in cooperation with other departments
• eBase update of service catalouge
• Process improvements, optimization/ automation of existing processes
