Requirements:

• University degree in progress or newly graduates
• Experience on similiar position would be an asset
• Good English skills (min. B2)
• Good German skills (min. B2)
• Good knowledge of MS Office package
• Customer orientation
• Problem solving orientation
• Proactivity and positive attitude

Responsibilities:

Our IT Support Agent is responsible for users support with queries regarding the use of Lufthansa IT applications. The role requires answering inquiries in respective ticketing tool and sometimes by phone, answering users’ questions, fulfilling service requests, maintaining process database and documentation and transferring issues to the respective department.

• Being a competent support regarding applications
• Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support
• Communicating and building a good relationship with our customers
• Acknowledging and resolving customer requests
• Coordinating with colleagues from other departments as necessary
• Providing a training for new colleagues
