HR Process Architect with German Ref. No: 8538

What we are looking for:

  • Min. 5 years of experience within SSC/BPO or multinational environment
  • Experience in HR Services (e.g., HR Administration, Employee Lifecycle)
  • Strong project and process management skills
  • Very good command of German and English
  • Experience with HR-related systems (VIVA, SAP HR, SuccessFactors, etc.)
  • Familiarity with process modeling tools (Visio, ARIS) and data analysis tools (Power BI) will be an asset
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent analytical and conceptual thinking
  • Structured and independent approach to work
  • High level of customer orientation
  • Adaptability and openness to change


Responsibilities:

  • Define and document global end-to-end processes, tools, and operating models for HR support functions (e.g. ordering and maintaining Employee Cards, GDPR processes)
  • Collaborate with IT teams to translate process needs into system requirements and support system harmonization (e.g., SAP HR, SuccessFactors, VIVA)
  • Optimize and standardize global processes, including roadmap development (“As-Is” / “To-Be”)
  • Define roles, competencies, and training needs within the process domain
  • Monitor performance metrics, ensure compliance, and drive improvements
  • Identify and mitigate process-related risks
  • Maintain strong communication with stakeholders across global locations
  • Support budget planning and efficiency initiatives
