What we are looking for:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree
  • Minimum 3 years of experience working with SAP Success Factors LMS
  • Strong functional and technical understanding of SAP Success Factors LMS
  • Experience with SAP SuccessFactors Suite
  • Experience in collecting requirements in a structured way, understanding them in depth and design solutions
  • Capability to organize transition of technological solution design into operational Service Management
  • Experience in provider and SLA management
  • Excellent English skills
  • Advanced MS Excel
  • Clear communication of technical ideas to technical and non-technical audiences
  • Self-motivated, analytical, and structured with strong problem-solving and time management


Responsibilities:

  • Manage HR IT applications within SAP (with focus on SAP SuccessFactors LMS)
  • Ensure stable and reliable operation of HR applications
  • Coordinate smooth releases, updates, upgrades, and testing activities
  • Customize applications according to business and technical requirements
  • Build custom and scheduled reports based on business needs
  • Handle permissions and access management for assigned HR applications
  • Act as the primary contact for IT-related topics for HR process owners and operations
  • Take ownership of all issues related to assigned HR applications
  • Coordinate Help Desk activities and handle tickets as 3rd level support
  • Monitor interfaces and automated processes to ensure integrity, performance and stability
  • Manage escalations and ensure timely resolution of major incidents
  • Manage external IT service providers and ensure SLA compliance
  • Coordinate internal and external stakeholders across business, IT, and operations
  • Translate business requirements into technical solutions together with IT teams and providers
