Requirements:

• Master/Bachelor degree in Economics, Information Technology or similar
• Experience in managing IT-applications, interfaces and infrastructure
• Experience in eProcurement (eTendering, eInvoicing) will be an asset
• Project management skills
• Very good English skills
• Very good German skills (min. B2)
• Command of MS Office

Responsibilities:

The Application Expert will be in charge for the Fuel Plus application, together with a colleague in the Fuel Management Team. The Fuel Plus application manages all commercial and emission relevant processes around fuel management. The scope of tasks covers understanding of fuel processes in regards to fuel procurement, emissions and controlling and the implementation of the processes in the Fuel Plus application. He/ she is responsible for internal and external interfaces to manage the information flow around the application, manages projects or works in projects and working groups.

• Application Expert will be integral part of the Fuel IT, Emission and Controlling team (Hamburg). Together with a colleague, he/she is the expert for the Fuel Plus application and IT processes (strategic and operational processes) and ensures smooth operation of the application
• Ensure the relevant information flows/data quality/business rules
• Optimize the e-invoicing processes and increase the electronic invoice ratio by onboarding further fuel suppliers
• Single point of contact for enhanced application questions
• Support projects around fuel
• Drive the development and implementation of new functions/processes
• Describe, manage and test change request around fuel plus according to business requirements
• Perform routine tasks such as user maintenance and solving of problems in e-invoicing process
• Training and participation in events, enable functional change management processes and support of department management
