Requirements:

• Good command of English and German (min.B1)
• Min. 1 year of professional experience in Reporting
• Good command of MS Excel
• Analytical and numerical skills
• Previous SAP experience will be an asset
• Strong communication skills – written and verbal
• Systematic attitude to work
• Continuous Improvement mindset

Responsibilities:

• Data extraction & processing from various internal systems
• Business reports generation
• Data interpretation & analysis
• Distributing reports in accordance with defined standards
• Updating process documentation on daily basis
• Technical Data Interpretation & Analysis
• Internal accounting and financial controlling
• Maintaining contact with customers in English or/and German
• Independently handles incoming/outgoing communication written and verbal with customers
• Optimizing & automating business reports preparation
• Use and develop automated solutions ideas for report preparation
• Continuous Improvement
