What we are looking for:

University Degree, preferably in Finance/ Accounting/ Reporting
Min. 5 years of professional experience in Finance or Reporting Department, acting as Senior Accountant/ Specialist/ Team Leader
Experience in team management will be an asset
Very good command of English, both written and spoken
SAP Experience
Excellent communication skills
Flexibility and adaptability
Customer Orientation
Outstanding organizational skills
Highly independent and systematic approach to work

Responsibilities:

Being responsible for smooth & consistent service delivery for all services (cost center accounting, forecasting & budgeting, cost center reporting, airport fees & charges reporting, project accounting, external reporting)
Leading, motivating and developing Reporting Services & Cost Accounting Team
Creating Team Spirit based on ambition, taking responsibility and initiative
Organizing work, monitoring results and keeping the performance on the highest level
Supporting team members to resolve operational challenges
Strong cooperation with the customers and other teams
Ensuring continuous improvement of process design and service quality
Taking part in various projects
