Min. 2-3 years of experience in PTP area
Min 5 years of experience in SSC or/and BPO environment
Experience in Process Management (process improvement, gaining efficiency)
Project Management experience in leading a process change & improvement projects
Experience in leading different productive operational platforms
Very good command of English

Leading global end-to-end PtP process projects and resources within Global Process Owner organisation
Defines global end-to-end PtP process based on input of Process Owner and Process Managers
Defines global end-to-end PtP process-specific tools, resources and infrastructure
Defines roles and qualifications within the process as well as process trainings
Defines global end-to-end PtP process performance indicators and drives process improvement
Communicates process changes
Operationally drives a definition and continuous enhancement of a process
Supporting in development and implementation best-practice process strategies for all categories in scope in line agreed saving targets as well as best practice process strategies
Assuring process compliance with corporate policies and regulatory guidelines
Heading projects or initiating and steering projects
