Lufthansa Global Business Services (LGBS) operates as an international organization with a worldwide  delivery structure providing business services in the areas of Finance, Accounting, HR, Management Reporting, Procurement and IT for entire Lufthansa Group.

Krakow Center is the main hub for the delivery organization including also central functions for the group companies covering both standard as well as customized processes for airline business. Besides providing and steering the respective services the goal is to also harmonize, standardize and continuously improve the efficiency and efficacy of processes. LGBS is a global company with locations in Frankfurt, Hamburg, Cologne, Cracow, Manila and Mexico City.

Requirements:

  • Experience in BPO/ Service Delivery or basic experience in quality assurance/ audit
  • Basis of risk and control concept
  • Proficient with MS Office (in particular Excel, PowerPoint)
  • English - advanced
  • Diligent, independent and systematic approach to work
  • Analytical and conceptual mindset
  • Attention to detail and focus on deliverables quality
  • Communication and presentation skills (verbal and written)
  • Clear and concise documentation skills
  • Proactivity, can do attitude
  • Focused on processes harmonization & automation


Responsibilities:

  • Assesses Key Performance Indicators design and results (samples testing)
  • Assesses Internal Controls design and effectiveness
  • Assesses quality of process documentation
  • Maintains up to date and adequate procedures for Internal QA processes
  • Supervises root cause analysis and corrective & preventive measures implementation
  • Successfully interacts with various internal departments (predominantly Operations and Process Management)
  • Actively seeks for operational performance improvement opportunities, including harmonization of processes
