Requirements:

• Academic graduate
• 5+ years of experience in Shared Services in Master Data in large scale, multinational organizations
• Project Management experience in leading a process change & improvement projects
• Strong background in process automation tools, innovation management and continuous improvement methodologies
• Fluent English
• Strong interpersonal, communication  and co-operation skills
• Highly independent and systematic approach to work
• Assertiveness & Persuasiveness
• Presentation skills
• Sense of duty and responsibilities for process and managed projects

Responsibilities:

• Master Data related project management (for example implementation of MDG)
• Improvement of service quality and increase in degree of standardization and harmonization
• Reduces process cost and complexity
• Ensures common process improvement methodology and tools to drive process improvements across centers / enterprises
• Drives and consults on IT tool harmonization and outlines functional requirements towards IT
• Ensures further bundling, automation and shoring of the Master Data process execution
• Maintains and manages relationship towards selected stakeholders
• Representation of LGBS in internal and external events / conferences
