University degree in economics or business law (or similar)
Relevant professional experience

You will be part of a Team engaged in development, implementation and management of a holistic, Group-wide strategy with a focus on freedom from discrimination in accordance with the Group and human rights strategy by deriving overarching goals, declaration of principles and relevant guidelines for LHG on the basis of legal framework conditions, stakeholder requirements (e.g. customer and financial market requirements) and industry developments/standards.
Screening, evaluation and management of upcoming national and international regulations with regard to freedom from discrimination
Taking care of avoidance of (legal) risks with a financial or reputational impact
Focusing on risk-based review of the regional anchoring of the developed guidelines and the effectiveness of prevention and remedial measures through audits
Contribution to Group-wide non-financial reporting on the topics of employee matters and human rights due diligence and external stakeholder survey to derive the materiality analysis required under commercial law
Preparation of partial aspects and briefing for various internal committees
Planning, monitoring and reporting the budget for the assigned task area
Work closely with various departments and business units as an experienced partner in the field
