What we are looking for:

• Very good knowledge of Excel (e.g. knowledge of nested functions)
• Experience of data cleansing/reconciliation/migration principles, methodologies and tools
• Knowledge of Human Resources processes will be an asset
• SAP HCM or SuccessFactors experience will be an asset
• Very good command of English
• Problem solving and root cause identification skills
• Flexibility and adaptability
• Ability to coordinate complex activities in an evolving, agile environment
• Strong co-operation skills
• Creative mind - ability to suggest ideas and drive innovation
• Ability to understand the big picture and the details
• Ability to prioritize tasks based on urgency and importance
• Willingness to travel (one business trip to Germany per month)

In your new job you will:

• Work closely with the HR IT Renewal Program team to prepare data cleanse plan that will remove inconsistencies, data quality issues and errors in in the target system
• Perform data cleaning activities for the users’ records in scope from the third-party systems (e.g. HCM on premise) and ensure that cleansed data is accurately reflected in SuccessFactors
• Transform data according to the agreed mapping logic to ensure that that the data fits into the required format
• Work closely with Data Migration teams and the Program team members to complete data migration and identify any inconsistencies or errors
• Maintain data migration tracker
