Requirements:

• Professional experience in Corporate Design or Media Production area
• Very good command of MS Office
• Very good command of the Digital Media- related tools
• Fluent English skills
• Command of German will be an asset

Responsibilities:

As Corporate Design & Media Production Specialist, you will work relatively independently day-to-day in cooperation with the Global Corporate Governance and Brand Management team in Germany and worldwide. You will proactively promote LGBS through the development of digital media in both internal news and external marketing efforts for publishing them in appropriate strategic communication media channels. You will be responsible for all aspects of digital media creation incl. pre-production, post-production and presentation of final photography and video pieces.

• You are a central part of the global organization corporate communication community and support us with (audio)visual in internal and external communication
• You conceptualize, design and produce digital communication content, especially creating and editing image and video pieces in order to effectively convey messages and strengthen the reputation of the company
• You are proficient in the use of Adobe Creative Cloud, such as Photoshop, InDesign and Illustrator or similar tools
• You know how to use common video editing programs (or are willing to learn) and are able to create state-of-the-art corporate or explanatory videos
• You bring a fresh view and innovative ideas to our visual language and have an eye for exciting and appealing motives, enjoy photography and creating/editing image material for our social media and digital communication channels
• You contribute creatively, for example in the development of new or improvement of existing communication formats
• You are responsible for the compliance with and further development of the company corporate design
• You manage external service providers and agencies as required and handle production jobs, e.g. in cooperation with external printers
