Senior Project Manager - OZE Ref. No: 8398

Our Client is an international engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) company operating in the renewable energy sector. They specialize in large-scale energy storage systems and solar projects. Currently, we are looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager to join their team and lead key projects.

Region: Kraków, małopolskie

Requirements:

  • Master’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or Architecture
  • At least 10 years of experience in project management within industries such as substations, solar EPC, engineering firms, or energy storage integration
  • Minimum of 5 years of field construction management experience, including team leadership
  • Comprehensive understanding of contract law and project costing
  • Expertise in utility-scale PV plant construction and utility grid interconnection processes
  • Strong organizational and communication skills

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage project timelines, budgets, and scopes
  • Coordinate between clients, on-site teams, and internal support (finance, engineering, QA/QC, H&S, legal)
  • Oversee project financials, negotiate contract scopes, and manage payments to suppliers
  • Identify and mitigate risks, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and standards
  • Maintain high-quality standards by implementing and monitoring project-specific quality plans
  • Regularly communicate with stakeholders and resolve potential conflicts
  • Ensure timely and quality project delivery, and provide cost forecasts and completion estimates
