Requirements:

• Very good English skills
• Command of German language will be an advantage
• Knowledge of contract management processes and tools will be an advantage
• Additional knowledge about procurement processes would be also an asset (but not necessarily required)

Responsibilities:

• Maintenance and monitoring of document repositories in procurement and finance systems
• Analyze and extract critical data from contractual documents
• Ensure compliance within the process execution
• Cooperation and support for various stakeholders and departments
• Participation in projects and other improvement initiatves within the area of Contract Management
• Providing ad-hoc and regular reports
• Deliver training as and when required
• Organize regular calls with the relevant stakeholders
