What do you need to have?

  • Master/Bachelor degree in economic discipline, preferably in Accounting
  • Min. 3 years of professional experience in accounting, including experience in polish accounting
  • Experience in preparing financial statements (at least one financial statement)
  • Good English skills – min. B2
  • Very good command of MS Excel and MS Power Point 
  • Analytical and conceptual mindset
  • Well-organized, solution-oriented and independent way of working
  • Communicative and team-oriented personality
  • Proactive attitude, diligent, independent and systematic approach to work


What will you be responsible for?

  • Preparing financial reports in accordance with local and international standards
  • Developing financial reports for the management and stakeholders, as well as providing analyses to support decision-making processes
  • Acting as a backup for the Entity Accountant by independently managing financial accounting (verifying, processing, and reconciling accounting data in the system)
  • Support in Entity Accounting by creating and preparing monthly/quarterly financial reports and annual financial statements in compliance with Polish and international accounting standards
  • Conducting necessary financial activities in the legal entity in compliance with legal and regulatory requirements
  • Participating in audits and providing the required documentation
  • Monitoring and implementing applicable legal regulations and corporate requirements set by the Group
  • Regularly reviewing financial processes to ensure compliance with current standards and updating procedures as necessary
  • Taking part in designing, implementing, and improving financial processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy
  • Drive or takes an active part in projects leading to implementing new/improve /optimize processes
  • Collaborating with financial system providers, tax advisors, and other external and internal stakeholders
  • Coordinating the flow of information and ensuring all parties are appropriately informed and supported regarding financial matters
  • Provides Information to the Controlling Department to ensure internal control
  • Direct support to the Departments and acting as consultant and expert on financial matters
