Requirements:

  • Proven experience as communications specialist or similar position
  • Experience in copywriting, proofreading and editing
  • Proven social media and networking expertise
  • Working knowledge of MS Office, photo and video-editing software and content management systems
  • Proficient command of English
  • German would be a plus
  • Time management and organizational skills
  • Outstanding organizational and planning abilities
  • Exceptional writing and interpersonal communication skills
  • Strategic and creative mindset
  • Motivated, resilient and adaptable


Responsibilities:

  • Be a contact point and advisor for the LGBS branding
  • Conception, development and implementation of a global communication strategy for LGBS including regular communication formats and social media presence
  • Create timely, targeted, creative and engaging communications activities and campaigns, using the best mix of channels to meet the communications objectives
  • Contribute to the homepage pipeline of news, seeking out relevant and engaging ideas and developing them into compelling content
  • Tailor communications to be effective for a range of audiences with different needs, in different locations
  • Plan, edit and write content for different communications channels, such as the intranet, internal news page and social media
  • Prepare visual content (videos, posters, pictures) for all types of communication channels
  • Stay up to date on communications trends and make recommendations for adjustments to the agreed communications plan
  • Build relationships with project owners and subject matter experts across the business
