What we are looking for:

• Min. 3 years of experience with a complex cross system integration SAP landscape/ environment supporting core business functions with focus on cloud solutions and SAP systems
• Experience with SAP SuccessFactors Suite (at least one module) SFAPI (Compound Employee) and OData APIs
• Familiarity with middleware and integration platforms, especially SAP CPI (Cloud Platform Integration)
• Good understanding of SAP Cloud Platform Integration Suite Services
• Good knowledge of SAP Business Technology Platform (SAP BTP)
• Experience in building services consuming RESTful APIs (SOAP, REST, ODATA, etc.)
• Experience with JSON and XML Conversions, Groovy Script, request reply, multicast, Local integration process, etc.
• Experience with data mapping, transformation, and interface troubleshooting
• Ability to easily communicate technical ideas to both technical and non-technical prospects

Responsibilities:

As an SAP SuccessFactors Integration Specialist, you will focus solely on ensuring seamless integration between SAP SuccessFactors modules and other systems, while maintaining data consistency and integrity. You will work closely with our project managers and product managers as a technical and product integration expert. You will be at the forefront of addressing technical issues and delivering customized solutions for integrations and core use cases.

Optimizing HR processes through automation and integration will be your key responsibility. Ensuring fast and accurate data exchange between systems will help streamline operations and reduce costs.

 Tasks:

• Managing and overseeing the integration of SAP SuccessFactors with other systems
• Monitoring and troubleshooting interface issues
• Collaborating with IT and HR teams to enhance integration processes
• Developing and maintaining interface documentation and guidelines
• Ensuring data consistency and accuracy across integrated systems
• Implementing and managing interface security measures
• Designing and configuring SAP SuccessFactors interfaces
• Conducting regular system checks to ensure interface functionality
• Coordinating with external vendors and internal teams for interface development and support
• Performing data mapping and transformation tasks
• Leading interface-related projects and initiatives
• Providing technical support and training to users on interface functionalities
• Monitoring, troubleshooting and optimisation of existing integration processes and interfaces to ensure performance, stability and data security
