What we are looking for:

• University diploma (Business / Finance / Economy)
• At least 2 years of experience in leading Continuous Improvement & LEAN projects
• Experience in leading workshops and conducting trainings
• Experience with process optimization and project management
• Lean or Six Sigma Certification
• Strong MS Excel and PowerPoint skills
• High communication skills
• Attitude to drive change
• Analysis, logical thinking & decision making skills

In your new job you will:

• Lead Continuous Improvement programs and projects both on local and global level
• Provide Continuous Improvement / Lean Six Sigma trainings
• Facilitate improvement and problem solving workshops on cluster and tower level utilizing Lean Six Sigma tools
• Analyze current processes and set up in order to identify the improvement opportunities, improve efficiency, quality and reduce risks
• Lead the Lean Express projects across teams, clusters, towers and/or locations
• Conduct appropriate analysis activities to support the achievement of projects deliverables
• Track programs and projects results and effectively communicates deliverables
• Effectively communicate program status to involved parties
• Successfully interact with various local and global departments and roles
• Identify areas that can be subjected to optimization and automation/robotics process automation
• Be able to provide improvement workshops, trainings and analysis both for internal and external customers
