Lufthansa Global Business Services (LGBS) operates as an international organization with a worldwide  delivery structure providing business services in the areas of Finance, HR, Revenue Accounting, Management Reporting and Procurement for entire Lufthansa Group.

Which competencies are we looking for?

• Good command of MS Office, especially MS PowerPoint and MS Excel (e.g. data visualization)
• Experience towards designing or graphic-related studies/employment would be an advantage
• Fluent English skills (min. B2/C1)
• Knowledge of German will be an asset
• Customer – oriented attitude and willingness to go the extra - mile
• Quality mindset, attention to details and ability to think outside the box
• Ability to build professional relations with top management executives
• Open mindset towards change and engagement for continuous improvement
• Taking ownership of projects and processes
• Ability to work under time pressure

What will be your scope of duties?

• Creating and editing PowerPoint presentations and other graphic materials in accordance with the templates and corporate design guidelines
• Coordinating production activities for short and long-term client assignments, working closely with colleagues to manage production and data collection
• Working with other team members on improving the visual presentation of information
• Proofreading documents to ensure they meet quality standards
• Building awareness about Lufthansa Global Business Services brand identity
