Requirements:

• Master/Bachelor degree or at least accomplished 3rd year of studies preferably in economics areas
• Any experience in the area of Accounting/Finance will be a plus
• Very good command of English (min. B2)
• Very good knowledge of MS Office, especially MS Excel (formulas, vlookup, pivot tables)
• High interpersonal and communication skills
• Problem solving orientation
• Diligent, independent and systematic approach to work
• Analytical and conceptual mindset
• Team player

Responsibilities:

The Junior Airport Cost Controller / Airport Cost Controller is the part of the Invoice Control team.

• Verification of correctness of charges debited to customer by his suppliers
• Support for contracts maintenance and delivery of correct figures for monthly accruals and yearly provisions
• Proactively checking and reconciling the accounts assigned to him to clarify open items in pending or current accounts
• Clarifying incomplete information with suppliers and/or customers’ field office branch
• Monitoring discrepancies between the expected cost positions and the incoming invoices, proactively initiates corrections
