Academic graduate (e.g. IT or similar)
Minimum 3 years of experience in IT Information Management.
Minimum 1 years with responsibility for business-critical IT systems.
Strong verbal and written communications skills
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Wide functional and technical knowledge base across systems, storage, network, IT security, IT Infrastructure etc.
Demonstrated ability to conduct large scale project management across multiple regions and disciplines
Deeply well organized, flexible, and responsive
English fluent in writing and speaking, German will be an asset
Readiness to travel
Responsibilities & tasks:
Close cooperation with Central IT and management of local IT providers
Main escalation point for IT escalations in the locations
Support local IT cost calculation activities
Work with IT Controlling
Coordination of Global IT Infrastructure Projects in the locations
Customer support on request
Support other Project s with IT/technical knowledge
Local LAN/WLAN support
IT consulting - new solutions, upgrades, etc.
HW cleanup – removal of obsolete HW from locations
Processes improvement – migration of processes to smartbase
Communication – downtimes, maintenance, etc
