Data Analyst for Process & Data Mining in Celonis Ref. No: 8339

What we are looking for:

• University degree
• Min. 1-2 years of experience in Celonis software
• Understanding Celonis process mining concepts and methodologies and being able to configure and customize Celonis dashboards and reports
• Experience in Data Analysis, data modeling and data visualization
• SAP FI knowledge will be an asset
• Very good English skills
• Diligent, independent and systematic approach to work
• Strong time management and organizational skills
• Analytical and conceptual mindset, numeric skills

Responsibilities:

• Design, build and maintain Dashboards in Celonis
• Validate technically if the data in Celonis shows the right information
• Taking an active participation in workshops and translate O2C process background into Celonis dashboards 
• Work with the data available in Celonis to develop process improvement ideas
• Connect data sources to Celonis and manage the O2C Data Models in Celonis
• Promote O2C Celonis use-cases across the organization
• Work as a link between the different user groups of Celonis and related projects
• Undertake any necessary Celonis trainings which are required for project needs
• Be part of projects in O2C area, especially around development, standardization, harmonization and optimization of Order to Cash processes
• Support for O2C process design and risk management
