What we are looking for:

• Academic degree (preferably IT or Business Administration)
• At least 3 years of experience with responsibility for business-critical IT systems.
• Proven experience in analyzing and translating business and functional requirements into practical IT solutions.
• Strong functional and technical knowledge of HR IT systems, with demonstrated experience in SAP technologies.
• Experience with SAP SuccessFactors Suite is highly desirable.
• Knowledge of SAP Fieldglass is a plus.
• Solid understanding of HR processes and workflows.
• Ability to organize the transition of technological solution designs into operational Service Management.
• Practical experience in monitoring interfaces and automated processes, ensuring integrity, performance, and optimal utilization for stable IT operations.
• Experience in managing service providers and maintaining effective vendor relationships.
• Proven ability to collect requirements in a structured manner, deeply understand business needs, and design appropriate IT solutions.
• Excellent command of English and German.
• Strong communication skills.

What you will do:

• Manage and support HR IT applications, including SAP and selected non-SAP systems, for international populations across multiple locations, respecting different country templates, local legal requirements, and regulations.
• Serve as HR IT Product Manager within the WebSolutions team, taking ownership of dedicated HR applications and ensuring their smooth daily operation.
• Act as the primary point of contact for all issues related to your HR applications, including coordination with the Help Desk and handling tickets as 3rd Level Support.
• Conceptualize, implement, and customize HR IT applications to meet business and technical requirements, coordinating testing activities and maintaining comprehensive documentation.
• Build custom and scheduled reports based on business requirements within the dedicated HR application.
• Manage user permissions and access rights for the respective HR application (where applicable).
• Continuously monitor interfaces and automated processes to ensure integrity, performance, and optimal utilization of HR IT systems.
• Analyze monitoring results, derive necessary measures, and implement improvements in close collaboration with clients, IT teams, and service providers.
• Drive automation and digitization initiatives within the dedicated HR process area.
• Collect and analyze requirements in a structured manner, design solutions together with the IT team and service providers, and ensure alignment with business needs.
• Handle escalations and ensure timely, effective resolution of major HR IT incidents.
• Manage SLAs, coordinate application releases and upgrades, including testing, and maintain smooth transitions with minimal disruption.
