Your Profile:

  • Extensive experience in Finance, with strong exposure to Accounts Receivable / O2C processes
  • Proven track record in managing large, multi-layered teams
  • Experience with ERP systems (e.g. SAP) and finance workflow tools
  • Strong background in process transformation, automation, and change management
  • Ability to manage complexity and multiple priorities in a dynamic environment
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • High level of ownership, integrity, and drive for excellence
  • Fluent English (business level)
  • Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (ACCA or equivalent is a plus)


Key Responsibilities:

We are looking for an experienced and driven O2C Delivery Manager to lead and transform our Accounts Receivable operations within a dynamic, international environment.

In this position, you will be responsible for overseeing large-scale finance operations, driving process transformation, and ensuring high-quality service delivery to internal stakeholders. You will play a key role in shaping the future of O2C processes through automation, standardization, and continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

  • Lead and manage multiple finance teams (approx. 100+ professionals) delivering end-to-end O2C/Accounts Receivable services
  • Ensure high-quality service delivery in line with internal standards, policies, and procedures
  • Drive transformation initiatives, including automation and process optimization
  • Oversee and implement continuous improvement projects across O2C processes
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs), addressing performance gaps
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to support business objectives
  • Ensure compliance with internal controls, corporate policies, and audit requirements
  • Support internal and external audits
  • Develop and mentor team members through coaching and performance management
  • Operate effectively in a fast-paced, evolving environment with multiple priorities
