Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a procurement role in a global or multinational organization.
  • Proven experience purchasing IT software, hardware, IT services, telecom services, and consulting services.
  • Strong negotiation, supplier management, and contract management skills.
  • Solid understanding of procurement processes, sourcing methodologies, strategic sourcing, category management, and commercial agreements.
  • Experience working with SAP and procurement platforms.
  • Strong analytical mindset and ability to make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management or equivalent.
  • Good command of English (minimum B2 level), both written and spoken.
  • Experience with procurement transformation, digitalization, or AI-enabled procurement tools will be an asset.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and execute sourcing projects within IT & Telecom categories.
  • Work closely with the Category Manager to ensure sourcing projects align with overall category strategies.
  • Take ownership of more complex, high-value, or business-critical procurement work, combining commercial negotiation, supplier management, strategy, and stakeholder coordination.
  • Develop and implement sourcing strategies aligned with category objectives.
  • Conduct commercial negotiations and secure favorable contractual agreements.
  • Manage supplier relationships and drive supplier performance improvements.
  • Ensure competitive tendering processes and identify alternative supply sources.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across multiple business functions and geographies.
  • Analyze supplier markets, spend data, and procurement KPIs to support decision-making.
  • Ensure compliance with procurement policies, procedures, and governance standards.
  • Support sustainability, cost optimization, and continuous improvement initiatives.
