What do you need to have?

  • Experience as a HR Administrator or Senior HR Administrator
  • Working knowledge of employee lifecycle processes, onboarding, offboarding, payroll
  • Knowledge of Polish employment law 
  • Experience in managing, coordinating and administering HR policies and processes
  • Working knowledge of HR Systems, Workday would be advantageous
  • Ability to support and influence HR administrations whilst continuing with hands on Administration workloads
  • Excellent attention to detail and data accuracy
  • IT skills to include MS Word, Excel (intermediate / Advanced level)
  • Exceptional organisational skills
  • Drive and enthusiasm to succeed and improve
  • Maintaining confidentiality and displaying discretion
  • Strong team player but with the ability to work independently and with autonomy
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships and provide a high level of customer service


What will you be responsible for?

In this role, as part of the EMEA HR Operations at Dyson you will be supporting our Polish market on the delivery of the HR processes for Dyson employees.

  • End to end transactional HR processes including starters, employee lifecycle changes and leavers
  • Maintaining employee information and records on our HRIS people system
  • Production of changes to terms and conditions letters and contracts
  • Checking updates on our HRIS people system and reviewing documentation
  • Analysing audit reports and perform data validation using excel
  • Point of contact for policy, process and contractual queries from the business
  • Co-ordinating and providing reference requests for current and ex-employees
  • Responsible for monthly payroll processing and monthly reconciliation and being the key contact on payroll queries related to payroll submission
  • Managing workloads and day-to-day management of the HR Administrators work priorities with support from the EMEA HR Operations Manager were required
  • Providing additional guidance to the HR Administrators for day to day transactional activities as well as project work
  • Preparing additional/ad hoc/regular reports, analysing data where required
  • Participating and leading in EMEA HR Operations projects or any cross functional project within HR team
  • Managing stakeholders, escalations and resolving complex queries with support from the EMEA HR Operations Manager were required
  • Identify route cause of issues that arise and seek solutions and preventative measures
  • Working closely with the HR Business Partner/HR Advisers
  • Key contact in the absence of the EMEA HR Operations Manager
