Senior Group Infrastructure Specialist Ref. No: 8474

For our client, a leading global retail company, we are hiring IT Specialists for their Krakow Center.

As a Senior Group Infrastructure Specialist you will lead and support technical project implementations, ensuring business needs, policy compliance, and technical goals are met on schedule. You will also ensure infrastructure aligns with market requirements and maintain with proper IT and security controls.

Requirements:

  • At least 4 years experience in IT Infrastructure organisation (with 2 years within a large multi-market organization)
  • Working experience with Entra ID, Microsoft 365, and Atlassian platform administration and configuration
  • Strong experience in managing Office 365, Microsoft Exchange, and Identity and Access Management systems
  • Strong background in system administration (Windows essential)
  • Proficiency in scripting (PowerShell) and automation tools 
  • Experience with a variety of cloud services (Azure) and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools
  • Solid understanding of networking and network security and firewalls 
  • ITIL foundations, Agile/Scrum qualification, Public Cloud Certifications (M365, Azure, Atlassian) would be an asset 


Responsibilities:

  • Act as the SME for Entra ID and provide advanced support for secure identity management
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to define technical requirements for digital workspace enhancements
  • Lead the deployment, configuration, and ongoing maintenance of Microsoft 365 and Atlassian tools
  • Ensure collaboration platforms align with architectural and security standards to optimize productivity
  • Contribute to the development and execution of a multi-year roadmap for identity and collaboration platforms
  • Automate identity and collaboration workflows using PowerShell and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools
  • Create and maintain advanced documentation and training resources for new and existing technologies
  • Collaborate with Project Managers and Product Owners to support initiative delivery and team performance reporting
  • Manage infrastructure-related tasks, including installation, configuration, testing, and issue resolution, ensuring system availability and reliability
