Requirements:

  • Min. 2-3 years of experience in PtP area
  • Min. 5 years of experience in SSC or/and BPO environment
  • Experience in Process Management (process improvement, gaining efficiency) and Project Management
  • Experience in leading a process change & improvement projects and different productive operational platforms
  • Very good command of English (min. B2)
  • Knowledge of SAP
  • Analytical and conceptual mindset
  • Highly independent and systematic approach to work
  • Strong interpersonal, communication and cooperation skills
  • Customer orientation and intercultural competence


Responsibilities:

Process Architect will be responsible for Group-wide steering, development, standardization, harmonization and optimization of the P2P process. He/She will develop common process definition, measurements, methodology and tools to drive end-to-end process improvements across the Lufthansa Global Business Services customers.  Moreover he/she will design, implement and update the processes in scope assuring compliance and quality with lower costs and higher productivity.

  • Leading global end-to-end PtP process projects and resources within Global Process Owner organisation
  • Informing about and presenting the development of the project/service
  • Meet stakeholders satisfaction, meeting cost, quality, and timeliness requirements
  • Defines global end-to-end PtP process based on input of Process Owner and Process Managers
  • Defines global end-to-end PtP process-specific tools, resources and infrastructure
  • Defines roles and qualifications within the process as well as process trainings
  • Defines global end-to-end PtP  process performance indicators and drives process improvement
  • Communicates process changes
  • Operationally drives a definition and continuous enhancement of a process
  • Supporting in development and implementation best-practice process strategies for all categories in scope in line agreed saving targets as well as best practice process strategies
  • Assuring process compliance with corporate policies and regulatory guidelines
  • Heading projects or initiating and steering projects
