For our client, a company from the automotive sector, we are looking for candidates for the position of Procurement Reporting & Data Analyst.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, business informatics or a related field
  • Initial professional experience in procurement, process management or project work
  • Experience in project work in both agile and traditional environments
  • Strong knowledge of reporting solutions such as SAP BI / SAP SAC and Power BI
  • Ability and experience in data analysis and working with numbers
  • Strong analytical skills and a strategic, process-oriented way of thinking
  • High level of initiative, independence and goal-oriented approach
  • Willingness to learn, develop and work as a team player
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Very good command of English; knowledge of German is an advantage
  • Quick comprehension, assertiveness and a structured working style


Responsibilities:

  • Coordinating and participating in reporting and planning projects within the procurement area, including professional, system and organizational development
  • Preparing monthly standard reports for the procurement department
  • Acting as the first point of contact for procurement teams regarding ad hoc analyses and reporting from procurement systems (e.g. SAP and other reporting tools)
  • Developing methods, tools and standards in the area of data (including master data) and coordinating their implementation across the organization
  • Defining key indicators for data quality compliance and monitoring them on a regular basis
  • Conducting data analyses and identifying process-related dependencies and optimization opportunities
