Requirements:

  • Previous work experience in Master Data Management, Procurement or Accounting
  • Project Management experience in leading a process change & improvement projects
  • Very good command of English (min. B2/C1)
  • Knowledge of SAP would be a strong asset
  • Strong interpersonal, communication  and co-operation skills
  • Highly independent and systematic approach to work
  • Analytical and conceptual mindset
  • Customer orientation and intercultural competence
  • Sense of duty and responsibilities for process and managed projects
  • Openness to international travel (community meeting and center visit)


Responsibilities:

Master Data Process Architect will be responsible for Group-wide steering, development, standardization, harmonization and optimization of the MDM process. He/She will develop common process definition, measurements, methodology and tools to drive end-to-end process improvements across the Lufthansa Global Business Services customers.  Moreover he/she will design, implement and update the processes in scope assuring compliance and quality with lower costs and higher productivity.

 

  • Defining global end-to-end MDM process, specific tools, resources and infrastructure based on input of Process Owner and Process Managers
  • Leading end-to-end MDM projects within Global Process Owner organization
  • Meeting Master Data Community satisfaction, cost, quality, and timeliness requirements
  • Defining roles and qualifications within the process as well as process trainings
  • Defining global end-to-end MDM  process performance indicators and driving process improvement
  • Communicating process changes to the business
  • Supporting in development and implementation best-practice process strategies for all categories in scope in line agreed saving targets as well as best practice process strategies
  • Assuring process compliance with corporate policies and regulatory guidelines
