Lufthansa Global Business Services (LGBS) operates as an international organization with a worldwide  delivery structure providing business services in the areas of Finance, HR, Revenue Accounting, Management Reporting and Procurement for entire Lufthansa Group.

Krakow Center is the main hub for the delivery organization including also central functions for the group companies covering both standard as well as customized processes for airline business. Besides operations, Krakow Center has also teams specialized in Process Continuous Improvement, Robotics Process Automation, Migration Support, Knowledge Management.

What do you need to have?

  • The previous experience in process automation, continuous improvement or in similar areas
  • Very good command of RPA tools (mainly UiPath)
  • Knowledge of HTML, JavaScript, SharePoint Workflows, SAP Scripting, C or Java will be an asset
  • Good English skills (B2)
  • Strong analytical and conceptual mindset
  • Systematic attitude to work
  • Good communication skills
  • Team player

What will you be responsible for?

  • Searching process improvement opportunities and creating automation solutions
  • Delivering automation tools in multiple technologies (mainly UiPath, additionally SharePoint, Nintex, Winshuttle, SAP Scripting (GuiXT) or VBA)
  • Maintaining and developing currently used process automation tools
  • Building and managing process automation environment
  • Advising to associates about technical solutions that can optimize / automate processes
  • Conducting workshops and trainings
