Krakow Center is the main hub for the delivery organization including also central functions for the group companies covering both standard as well as customized processes for airline business. Besides operations, Krakow Center has also teams specialized in Process Management, Migration Support, Knowledge Management and Continuous Improvement.

Your qualifications:

• Professional experience in team management
• Practical knowledge about PtP processes
• Experience in SSC/BPO environment
• Very good command of English
• Good command of German will be an asset
• Good knowledge about process improvement techniques (Lean/Kaizen)
• Diligent, independent and systematic approach to work

Your tasks:

• Organizing team work with assigned resources, leading the team and securing resource planning
• Coordinating of effective communication between concerned parties of the process
• Systematically tracking and improving quality of the team performance
• Keeping up to date with procedures and process updates
• Coordinating minor migrations
• Managing people development, their work activities and their performance with the goal of optimizing and efficient use of talents
• Supporting training and coaching of team members
• Solving conflicts within the team
• Initiating and leading team meetings
• Recruiting and assuring effective introduction of new joiner to the team
