Lufthansa Global Business Services (LGBS) operates as an international organization with a worldwide delivery structure providing business services in the areas of Finance, HR, Revenue Accounting, Management Reporting and Procurement for entire Lufthansa Group.

Krakow Center is the main hub for the delivery organization including also central functions for the group companies covering both standard as well as customized processes for airline business. Besides operations, Krakow Center has also teams specialized in Process Management, Migration Support, Knowledge Management and Continuous Improvement.

What should you have to apply for?

  • Experience in Process Management (process improvement, gaining efficiency) or Project Management
  • Good command of English
  • SAP experience will be an advantage
  • Very good interpersonal, communication and co-operation skills
  • Customer orientation and intercultural competence
  • Highly independent and systematic approach to work
  • Analytical and conceptual mindset
  • Openness to international travel (up to 20%)

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Group-wide steering, developing, standardizing and optimizing Invoice Control process
  • Developing common process definition, measurements, methodology and tools to drive end-to-end process improvements across the Lufthansa Global Business Services Group
  • Improving the processes in collaboration with Process Owner, Process Managers and Employees
  • Identifing process risks and defines mitigation measures and controls
  • Designing and updating of the processes in scope assuring compliance and quality with lower costs and higher productivity
  • Defining process performance indicators
  • Defining roles and qualifications within the process as well as process trainings
  • Assuring process compliance with corporate policies and regulatory guidelines
  • Monitoring of process performance on an overall level
  • Supporting in development and implementation best-practice process strategies for all categories in scope in line with agreed saving targets
