For our Client, the company from HoReCa sector, we are looking for the Candidates to join newly created marketing structure in Cracow.

Region: Kraków, małopolskie


Requirements:

  • Higher professional education, preferably in graphics or advertising
  • Solid work experience in a similar role (in business centres/advertising agencies/marketing departments)
  • Fluent English is a must
  • French or German language will be an advantage
  • Methodical, quick, systematic, disciplined, and accurate approach to work
  • Very strong organizational and communication skills and a true team player attitude
  • Hands-on, driven, with a proactive and solution-oriented attitude
  • Ability to work under pressure and deadlines
  • Ability to keep an overview of various projects with short lead times
  • Willingness to travel (France, Germany, the Netherlands) – one time per month


Responsibilities:

We are looking for a Marketing Project Manager for our European Studio - your main responsibilities are managing the creative workload of Benelux, Germany, France and newly built team in Poland. Planning and managing overview is in your DNA, and you don't shy away from challenges? Join us!

  • Supervising the execution of national campaigns, local promotions, weekly newsletters, photo and video shoots, and window stickers (both online and offline)
  • Screening briefs from various countries for completeness in preparation to start a project
  • Estimating time (in collaboration with creatives), and creating back-plannings to ensure that everything is delivered on time
  • Maintaining order, structure, and overview of the projects
  • Ensuring that the task prioritized by stakeholders are executed according to plan
  • Facilitating review sessions to ensure continuous feedback and alignment with project goals
  • Cooperating with a team of 20+ stakeholders and 15 creatives (5 direct reports to you) spread across the Netherlands, Belgium, Luxembourg, Germany, France and Poland
  • Acting as the bridge between stakeholders and the studio
  • Managing a network of freelancers to cover external needs if necessary
  • Playing the role of the link between marketing and creation where mission and vision are coming together into tangible assets
